A master chocolatier will join you at your venue to guide you through the intriguing world of chocolate. You'll kick off your class with facts and history behind chocolate and its captivating journey from cocoa bean to luscious chocolate bar.
Once you've had your fill of chocolatey trivia, it's time to roll up your sleeves! Guided by our expert chocolatier, you'll learn how to create luxurious Belgian truffles step-by-step using quality raw ingredients.
This enjoyable hands-on experience is designed for beginners and offers complete guidance on mixing, piping, cutting, shaping and coating your own handmade truffles.
By the end of this fun-filled chocolate-making workshop in Liverpool, not only will you walk away with a box of your beautiful handcrafted chocolates, but the knowledge to replicate these indulgences at home!
Please note:
- We use 58% dark chocolate (certified wheat and gluten-free, Halal and Kosher diary) cream, cocoa powder and desiccated coconut.
- Please notify us, prior to attending the workshop, if you are lactose intolerant. We can provide a lactose-free mixture instead of cream. If you are vegan we can also provide a soya or plant based cream.
