Great spent 30 min during half term week. Good value for money. Initially I went there just as an observer, as you can't leave your child and pick up later, but it seemed fun so even I made my monter. There were examples you could try to copy.

I went to a Cricut session at the Crayford branch and my teacher was Phoebe. She was recommended by a friend who had attended a previous session. Phoebe straight away was very welcoming and had all the materials ready. She talked and demonstrated how to use my Cricut not rushing through the details. She was very patient and answered all my silly questions using a language that my skills could understand. She gave me some very good tips and said that if I had any further questions or issues I could contact her at the store. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who was thinking about purchasing a Cricut. It’s so nice to meet someone so passionate and knowledgeable about her hobby and willingness to share what she knows. Legend.

I am a complete beginner and bought a machine far to complicated. Decided to have a one-one lesson.
Dinah was very good she went through all the basics clearly.
I'm now fairly confident I will be able to start sewing and to fulfill my dream of making my own outfits (eventually)

Some of the colours of clay had already gone hard and weren’t very malleable - I think this was due to them being saved/wrapped up or perhaps had been sitting waiting for the workshop for a while as opposed to being freshly opened. These were difficult to mould and work with. I did also expect it to be air dry clay as opposed to this softer type of clay. It would have been nice for some more materials to decorate the monsters as opposed to just a couple of feathers and eyes. It didn’t feel like very good value for money unfortunately which is a shame as we are normally big fans of your workshops

This is the second class we have attended for the clay animal making and it was great. It was nice to do it in the room rather than out in the shop. The lady that run our class was lovely I thought she could have got a bit more involved with giving ideas and help. My daughter wanted pink clay that was not available so had to use a different colour. I do think the price is right for the class and the materials provided.

Phoebe was brilliant teaching about the Cricut Explorer 3 of different things it can make. She showed me different steps & how to cut a butterfly from vinyl as an example as i do not have a machine yet.

I had a sewing machine bought for me and I had no knowledge of how to use it! Dinah went through the whole process from start to actually sewing, she made the whole thing very easy to follow and I am looking forward to using my machine.

Ben was so helpful and patient teaching us how to crochet. I was a bit hesitant about booking initially as I can get a bit frustrated whenever I learn something new but I really enjoyed the class. Came out with good knowledge to go home and practice. Got some lovely yarn, good instructions with pictures and Ben was great at helping working out what mistake we had made and showing us how to fix it. I Would definitely book another class. I liked that the class was out the back of the store away from all the noise so you can concentrate and thought it was great value for money. Thank you.

Debbie (group leader) was really welcoming and friendly. She have clear instructions and supported where necessary. She made a really effort to circulate around the children and give positive encouragement for each child participating. There was a huge selection of colours to make the clay rainbow ornament and Debbie encouraged freedom to create their own rainbow design colours. The class was extremely good value for money and my daughter really enjoyed having some quiet craft time. It was a lovely way to end half term :-)

My daughter and her friend (6/7 year olds) absolutely loved this activity. There was plenty of choice of coloured paints and Debbie was brilliant. When the girls had used all the corners of their sponges she’d go and get more and let them change paints. Debbie was really great with all the kids and knowledgeable with what she was doing. She was really good teaching them to dab the sponge rather than use it like a paintbrush. Would definitely do another one of these workshops.

The materials used in the session at Crayford were great and laid out easily for the kids to get too and they were good quality. Very good value for money. I had an amazing lesson. It covered everything I needed! Starting from the beginning I set up the machine and went through the different controls and then I practiced sewing on different fabrics and learnt which setting was best for the projects I wanted to do.

Val was the teacher and was very friendly and approachable. Venue was easy to access and park at. We are supplied with 2 balls of yarn and a hook, with some sheets of instructions and a bag to carry it in.
We learned slip stich, chain, double and treble stitch, Val was very nice and willing to help and go over bits and any questions. I would say it was good value for money and a good way to learn the basics to get you started with crochet

Had a very friendly and helpful tutor who taught us the two basic stitches used in crochet. In terms of being able to complete those stitches, it was very successful but I can't say that I feel confident with it! I think a little more time on how to hold the hook and yarn would have been good because most of us were getting a bit confused by that. Perhaps this was a workshop where you learn the very basics and after that, you're on your own! I guess with craft, you learn best by doing after all.

This was a fun workshop and my son loved it. Debby gave us a great choice of gems to use and now at home the ball shines so nicely in the light. It a shame the string broke from the weight of the ball but it still looks great sat on top of the toy box.

Based on my experience with Val I will be booking more workshops! Fantastic! You are given two yards of wool and a needle, and get to take those away in a goodie bag :) the classes are small so it feels a personalised experience.

The workshop marbling bauble’s was very enjoyable. The five of us were comfortable where we worked. The teacher provided us with what was needed plenty of paints to choose from. She instructed us in a understandable way plus was there if I needed her. Good value, I even got a canvas bag to take baubles home in. Need to leave baubles to dry in craft room then collect after a few days.

I didn’t know hobbycraft did workshops like this but would definitely book other things like this! Even though the area was in the store it was at the back in a nice and quiet section. Debbie was really helpful and patient. Our ages ranged from 9 to 61 and no one was made to feel silly. I went with my sister and while I wanted to make mine like the one on show, my sister, who has a better eye than me, had her own ideas and was able to run with them.
The equipment provided was plentiful and of good quality. All the wreaths made would have looked at home in a shop window. A genuinely fun and happy lesson, will definitely be booking more workshops in the future.

The mache pumpkin workshop was absolutely fantastic. Debby gave us a big choice of colours to use, she engaged with each child so well and really got them excited about decorating their pumpkins. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the pumpkin as I was expecting palm size but this was much bigger and definitely worth the cost of the workshop. This made a great decoration for our Halloween party.

The Halloween Clay figures workshop was fun, Debby showed us various examples of each figure some of which could be created more easily than others which was able to give an idea for my son to create what he could do on his own. Debby even allowed him to show his creative side and create a skeleton along with the bat, pumpkin, spider and ghost. These made great centrepieces for our Halloween party.

We took my 2 Yr old granddaughter to the Halloween clay creatures today which she really enjoyed. She was the youngest child present but the teacher managed to adapt her teaching to enable her to follow the instructions, she was patient and helpful.
A variety of creatures were made and there was plenty of materials for all. The children were allowed to choose which model they made next. The clay was easy to use and the models simple to make for the children.
We felt the session was enjoyable and good value for money.

It was a great experience and a lovely teacher. Got a nice tote bag, a crochet needle and some yarn to keep practicing.

The teacher took the time to help us understand us all individually and would adapt their approach to suit different people needs. I feel confident that I have what I need to keep practicing and improving. I would recommend giving this class a try.

Great teachers. As a total new beginner I was taught right from the hooks to the wool to the stitches to the tying off.

The venue was clean and tidy

I took some wool and hooks, but we started on chunky instead

Very good value for money

Discussions about what you can make also shown where all the items were in the shop as well for future reference.

My teacher was absolutely awesome. Obviously a very experienced sewer and teacher. She was calm and I was able to .practice what she taught me as we went along. I got given a new sewing machine for my birthday and has no clue what to do. I am now able to set it up, thread and sew basic stitches I understand how to the machine. I enjoyed the one to one time. She also gave me tips on some other products I had on my mind. Thank you beautiful lady. I will be booking another lesson with her soon.

The course was very good. There were only three of us. However I did feel the hook was too thick and the yarn too heavy. I know with chunky wool it grows quicker, but it was hard work. Perhaps a dk wool would be better and a smaller hook.

The teacher Debby was very friendly who the children & i have had on another children craft time. The venue was good, great mixture of different coloured clay for my 2 children to make creatures. They really enjoyed squashing, into balls, roll to sausage shape & different ways to mix two colours to make the butterfly wings. Loved it. Plus there was time left to make other creatures. Great value for money. Was lovely seeing happy faces with the crafts made. Thank you.

It would be nice if we could chose the colours from a range.

The venue is perfect for me in terms of distance. The area for the workshop was nice. Dinah (the lady who held the workshop) joyfully helped me to learn what I have asked. How to lead the cotton thread through the sewing machine, how to sew basic stitches and how to stitch the corners, how to stitch forward and back, fill up the bobbin. I learned where is the light in the sewing machine to use it whene needed. I have been provided with a couple of patterns to parctice from home. I really enjoyed and had a good laugh while learning. The workshop lady was straight forward, that is what I loved. The time was more than enough to learn.

I showed her the pattern I wanted to make and asked for demonstrations of a couple of techniques I wasn't sure of as well as some advice about pattern cutting. Everything was explained clearly, and I was able to take home the materials used in the class to refer back to later on.

This half hour workshop was for my daughter & i at Crayford Hobbycraft workshop. The area was ideal, less busy, quieter space & able to listen clearly to the teacher. We found that the teacher was very friendly & patient. My daughter had lots of fun threading the coloured beads onto the pipe cleaners, counting to make a rainbow, feeling & rolling the air dry clay. As we still had some time left of the half hour, the teacher thought she would like to make a bracelet & she loved that too choosing different coloured beads. She loved it so much as i did too & seeing her smiley face. We then bought some more beads to have more fun as i have some pipe cleaners at home already. This was totally worth the money. Thank you so much. We will look to do some more workshops at Crayford in the future.

This half hour workshop was for my son & i with his friend & mummy at Crayford Hobbycraft workshop. The area was ideal, less busy, quieter & able to listen clearly to the teacher. We found that the teacher was very friendly & patient. My son had lots of fun making a flower with different coloured petals, using his imagination. He loved it as i did too & his friend & mummy. Plus receiving a pack of Hama beads & pegboard free was a bonus. We then bought some more pegboards & beads to have more fun. This was totally worth the money. Thank you so much. This class was so good I booked the next course before I even left! We were given two lovely balls of wool, all the instructions we needed, a bag and a crochet hook. Even with 5 people in the class we all got plenty of attention and were able to make plenty of progress learning the two main crochet stitches. Brilliant!

Val was a fab teacher. Really calm and patient and spent time with each attendee to make sure you had understood and where getting on okay. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was great value for money. Overall the session was fun for both my daughter and myself and we made lots out of the clay.
Debbie advised us where the paints were and gave us a top tip to put PVC glue on the decorations before painting them.
The class and the craft box was good value for money and we will be looking at doing more sessions.

I attended a beginner's crochet session. The tutor Val was very patient, friendly and helpful. She explained and demonstrated giving time to take in the information. She helped each of us 1:1 taking in 5o account how quick or slow we were to pick up.

Val, the tutor, was patient, informative, kind, warm and knowledgeable. We were provided with knitting needles and 2 balls of wool. The 1 and a half hours whizzed by too quickly. I had some experience at knitting but Val guided me through my errors when knitting rib stitches. So pleased. £20.00 for the workshop including the resources is excellent value for money.

The session itself was great, lead brilliantly by the lovely Debby who always delivers excellent sessions. Such a shame that sessions have been cut to 30 minutes (with no reduction in price) as this is not long enough. Debby did her best to not make us feel rushed but I had my eye on my watch the whole time. We’ve done many sessions but this would make me think twice about booking again which is such a shame. I feel sorry for Debby having to try to maintain the quality of the experience in the reduced time.

As usual Debby was brilliant. I am, however, less impressed by the fact that the time was halved but the price was the same. In the past, my granddaughter has had plenty of time to interact with both Debby and the rest of the children and try different ideas but this time just felt rushed. The whole point of me bringing her is for her to learn new skills and interact with people, it's a shame Hobbycraft are now pricing itself out of us coming again.

Was shown on different machine then I gave and the tutor wasn't able to correctly due to bad Internet connection and missing cable for the correct machine

I booked a one - to - one with Dinah , to learn more about my new Hobbycraft 100s sewing machine. I had not had a computerised machine before and she ran through everything with me. Showing me how to use the auto threader, which I hadn’t been able to get right, and we tried some fancy stitching as well as the usual ones. In general it was a nice hour of chatting about the machine and sewing. I’m pleased I booked it as it’s given me extra confidence in using my new machine.

We had an amazing time. The lady….Debby, that had us this morning was great. So interactive waits the children, she got them all involved and was great with all the ages that were there. She was amazing.
The venue was good, well labelled to show where we were going and my 4 year old loved finding where we had to be.
It was such a good value for money, my 2 children made lots of things.

I really enjoyed this class as our teacher debbie, was really knowledgeable on what we doing. She explained how everything worked and the structure of the class.
As we were a group of 4 (personally think this is an ideal number for the class) she was able to support us all individually throughout the class to create our own personal wreaths.
I also liked that the shop and debbie allowed us to pick out our own materials to use for the wreaths to have them individual to us and things that we liked to put on them.
The time allocated was good, need to keep to a small group size of around 4 so that you can get help. Also great that we could pick our things to put on. Debbie was lovely to speak with and was encouraging and advised us on what we could to create a lovely xmas wreath.
I went with my sister and we definitely like to come back again as we thoroughly enjoyed the class.
Coming in the morning was good as it was quiet in the shop and we were tucked away from other shoppers which was good. Did get interrupted once but otherwise no issues.

The teacher was really friendly, enthusiastic and encouraging with the children. She engaged in lots of conversation with the children. My daughter made a Santa Christmas tree topper which she is really proud of. All the resources were accessible on the table and was able to complete the activity in small steps guided by the teacher.

Beginners guide to crochet was my first Hobbycraft workshop experience. Val was a fabulous teacher and very patient with us all. I did have a little experience but was looking to gain extra knowledge and confidence and did just that. The room we were in was perfect as away from the main store. The kit provided was excellent and overall the course was good value for money. I have continued at home with the piece I started on the course. I would be interested to do another intermediate class to learn more stitches if one was available in future. .

Debbie was so lovely and super engaging with the children. She led the class brilliantly, getting out new materials and finding solutions. There was a wide range of crafts to use to make our Christmas cards, a nice semi-private area upstairs around the corner and it was fantastic value. We really enjoyed it and I’m already looking for others to come back for. Perfect afternoon activity to get us in the festive spirit - thank you!

Val, our teacher, was very welcoming. There were five “students” and she gave us individual help and guidance when we needed it. She explained things in a very easy, informal way. The box provided contained two balls of wool, a crochet hook and a written guide.
The room was small but this made the class more intimate and there were no outside distractions. The time went very quickly and I came away feeling very happy with what I had achieved.

The class was a lovely morning spent with Debbie, who was a great teacher. She taught us everything we needed to know and made sure we had a nice time. It was set up in the corner of hobbycraft so we felt comfortable and away from everything else. The materials we had paid for were great and the extra bits and bobs Debbie provided, made the experience. I loved having a chat and listening to the christmas music.

The teacher was really nice and friendly. She gave tips on how to make your wreath look better. The workshop gave us extra supplies and we were able to keep the supply box (which included a mini glue gun with glue sticks and decorations). Overall, would definitely recommend.

Our teacher was very helpful and informative. Debbie definitely knew what she was doing. We were the only 2 doing the workshop and Debbie was very attentive.
I didn’t actually realise what we got in our pack so was pleasantly surprised (we didn’t read the small print when booking) what we were taking home with us! Very good value.
Me and my mum aren’t very creative so this was nice to do - not too hard!
Am booked into another workshop with my sister next week to make a wreath and it is with Debbie again!
I can’t wait!
The location was perfect for us as well!
Will definitely be booking other workshops in the future - you never know what you might learn!

Yet again another amazing session. Kids were all engaged, spiders were easy to make which was good as there were some smaller children there, it was also educational as it got the smaller ones counting and the older ones (my granddaughter is 5) were able to do it on their own. I don't know what I would do in half terms without these classes, I booked Christmas ones as the same time as I booked the Halloween as they sell out quite fast.

Debbie is so good with the children she is really good at interacting with them. I always go to crayford hobbycraft even though I have another one closer to me as I really like Debbie. I’ve been other classes and haven’t enjoyed them as much. I was expecting to have more supplies to stick on the pumpkin (etc glitter/stickers)

This class was great fun! Debbie had a couple of examples made up already and when my kids saw the mummy pumpkin, they were fixed on that straight away. Debbie helped out by gluing my daughter’s pumpkin since I had two kids and one set of hands and both kids had a lot of fun and walked away with two mummified pumpkins they’re proudly displaying in our house now. Great craft, great fun, great final product. Couldn’t recommend enough!

A brilliant couple of hours spent learning how to crochet ! We were presented with our own box of wool (grey and ochre), instructions and a nice quality crochet needle/hooky thing. Dinah who looked after x4 of us had the patience of a Saint and I will definitely practise further at home! Much more fun than work on a Monday morning! Thank you! The one to one class was very helpful. The store colleague went through the process of using the cricut items that you would need for your specific project. This allowed you to work out what you will need to buy and in turn gather any tips .

My girls (12 & 7) really enjoyed this workshop. It’s hard to find sessions which appeal to them both but this one definitely did. I had tried to teach myself crochet via YouTube without much success but after one session with Val, I was off to a flying start!
The class was very small with just one other person so there was a personal feel about it, and any problems we were having were quickly explained away.
We made 6 squares each of 5 different patterns which really helped to reinforce the learning and then we were shown how to crochet all the squares together.
I would highly recommend this course as everything is provided within the price and I’ve learnt enough to follow a pattern and can now make toys for my grandsons.

A great découpage session with Debbie at Crayford. She was very friendly and tried hard to get the group talking and engaging.
Great quality materials were provided. Good range of choice too. Venue was clean and of a decent size. Debbie gave the children good advice to improve their models.

Debbie was fantastic and engaged all the children and worked at a speed that suitable for the group, I found it much nicer doing small classes, I have done classes before lock down. Debbie was able to help everyone and we could hear her without lots of children and Parents/carers talking. I love doing crafts with my daughter and it’s great to see if she enjoys doing a craft before buying all bits needed.
It would be great if there were different crafts through out the holidays. We will definitely be booking again.

The whole workshop was excellent. Debbie was patient and had lots of suggestions and ideas, she explained the steps really clearly and was friendly too. My 2 girls absolutely loved this class. I wasn't sure at first with my youngest as being around lots of people overwhelms her, but the group is small and the teacher debbie was so good at getting everyone involved and to use their imaginations. Kerryn was amazing and really very helpful. She was completely patient with me as a brand new user and explained it in very simple terms for me. A really great experience and extremely helpful advice to get me on my way.
Only advice for the facility is to help the staff by providing sharp blades and organised materials. I felt sorry for the tutor as the blade did not cut through the vinyl and she had to redo the process 3 times. She sincerely apologized but the company would be good to note that the staff need access to replacement workshop essentials.

The teacher explained the format of the lesson in great detail. We used a room for the lesson which was fine but thankfully there was only the teacher and myself as the space was small. I was extremely pleased with the kit provided it had everything I needed for the class. The teacher demonstrated the technique I needed to try really well and I had ample time to have a go. The course was very good value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else thinking of acrylic paint pouring or just wanting to have a go at something different.

I absolutely loved my lino printing workshop.
The teacher was friendly, patient and gave great advice. Nobody else was booked onto the workshop either so I'd paid expecting it to be busy but ended up having a one-to-one which felt really good value for money.

I had a lovely chat with the teacher as we went through the session. She was very prepared with gloves and paper towels. She guided me through how to cut out the lino and had some great tips on how to use the paint and get the best print. It's trickier than it looks but it was great fun! I was impressed at how much you get in the kit to bring home. I particular the huge good quality A3 pad.

I booked onto a course because I like structure, liked the idea of not having to clear up at home and wanted to get stuck into something that wasn't sitting at a desk or in front of a screen.

I'll definitely look to book onto more in store courses at a store (so much more convenient than getting messy at home) and would recommend them to others.

Debbie the florist at Hobbycraft Crayford was amazing!
She has so much skill and experience, she truly loves floristry and you can tell. She was patient with me, welcoming and warm. A truly beautiful soul.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed the Mache Eggs Workshop. It was held in a quiet area of the store. All materials and an apron were included in the price paid for the workshop. This was a 1:1 tutorial for the circuit machines. Teacher was very informative and was able to answer all my questions it was useful that she had her own machine so had a good knowledge of them. It wasn’t the best setting as we had to use the ones that were on display in the middle of the store so there was no seating and there were other customers wandering past, which was a bit off putting it would have been better if we could have done it in a separate area. There was a problem with the machines connecting to the tablets so that took time to set up, however the staff were great and finally solved the problem.
I would have liked time to be able to try it for myself rather than just watching it be used but I found it very useful in helping me decide if this was the machine for me

There was a different lady who was In charge of the class today. ( Kay?) She arrived late. Did not introduce herself to any of the children. Just told them not to mix the paint colours and handed out blue paper roll.
The children painted without much direction.
Most Of them finished 20 mins early. And left. The ceramics were lovely quality . The paint was nice. But if we are paying £5. I would expect a bit more direction for the children and for it to last an hour. The children were happy at the end though. And all went off merrily.

We’ve done a few Hobbycraft craft events at the Crayford store now and we absolutely love them! There is always plenty of materials to use, aprons provided and a good selection of crafts to chose from.
Debbie, the staff member that has run all of the events we’ve been to is a credit to the store. She’s is helpful, has great product knowledge and makes sure she interacts with the children and parents the whole time. We can’t wait for the next one.

Everything in the box, balls of wool, crochet pattern and hook.

The teacher was very patient and taught us a small group, the basic three stitches needed to form a triangular bunting.
It started on time and the venue is great, a table tucked away, away from other customers, helped with concentration.

I was pleased with the workshop box, had everything we needed and felt together with the tuition is was good value. We covered basic steps in crochet, the pace and level was pitched just right. I would definitely consider booking a workshop again. My only disappointment was that the hour and half flew past!

This kind of did what I needed, no previous knowledge, came out having learnt 3 stitches with kind guidance and support . The kit provided is sufficient to start you off and I came away ready to practice and take the lesson further.

We were a small group and got friendly, expert tuition from two Hobbycraft staff members and keen crocheters, Val and Dinah.
i learned exactly what I had hoped to - the basics of chain, double and treble crochet stitches. The ladies both said we could pop in for more advice from them any time after the class.
I'm a good knitter but due to being left handed I have NEVER managed to master crochet despite consulting several books, friends, YouTube tutorials etc.
Hats off to both ladies for achieving the impossible. I now "get" crochet!

Thoroughly enjoyed class, tutor very knowledgeable, as a beginner at Cricut found it all very helpful.
Would be nice if class was held away from main shop floor so no interruptions from other customers.

The Hobbycraft Cricut Joy machine wasn't cooperating so it wasn't as helpful as I had hoped

I felt sorry for the lady taking the class as the system kept cutting out and she couldn't do what she wanted to do. She did her best bless her and answered any questions we had. Demo needs to be somewhere where there is seating as I found standing for an hour difficult as I have bad knees.

The workshop was very helpful. The teacher was patient, took her time to explain everything to me. She was very friendly, polite and had excellent subject knowledge. The place was quiet as it provide a good atmosphere for learning and all the resources were easily available.

Was left waiting for 20mins after speaking to multiple telling them we was waiting.
In the end a manager came out with our kits telling us that the person doing the class didn’t turn up and that she was very sorry.
We have our details and are now currently waiting for a refund.
Sounds very unorganised.

What was the teacher like? Amazing teacher - so patient and inclusive. Made every child feel like they were an individual and first-class artist.
How was the venue? Clean, airy and spacious
If materials were provided, did you like them? Good quality materials
Was the class good value for money? Excellent value for money
What did you do / learn? Made 3 really lovely Christmas cards. My granddaughter loved all of it especially the snowglobe card.

Debbie who ran our workshop was very friendly, professional and informative about making an effective wreath. She ensured we had everything we needed and provided extra materials for us to use so we could really personalise our pieces. There were just 3 of us in the workshop and we all produced very different styles which wouldn't have been possible if we stuck to the original materials in the kit. The workshops were on sale, although at £29.75 I would say it was only just value for money when considering the kit is £10, we were using up shop space, a lot of 1-to-1 input from Debbie and use of extra materials, including any pick of ribbons, as well taking home the unused kit materials and unopened glue gun and sticks. Plus we didn't have to tidy up after as Debbie said she would. I took my mum and my 1 year old daughter (she observed), we had a lovely session and my mum enjoyed herself and is interested in future workshops in the new year.

A very good course. Lots of information provided and ideas. The kit provided, contained everything needed to create beautiful Christmas crackers.( personalised gifts not included). Our teacher Debbie was excellent. Had many creative ideas. She explained everything clearly. It was an excellent course.

Debbie the teacher was fantastic. There were only the 2 children - 8 year old twins!
She was so good with them showing them how to use the hot glue gun safely and then sitting with them to guide them both. The supplies were great value and they will have hours more fun putting together the ones they didn’t have time to do at the venue. Thank you so much Debbie

Debbie was fantastic! We were provided with additional decorations for our wreaths and Debbie helped us design a colour scheme, placement and was so friendly and helpful! We had so much fun being creative and it was nice to be with a few others all helping and learning with one another. Would highly recommend to anyone!

From a materials point of view this was very good value. . I didn't feel it was well presented and the teaching was poor. I was disappointed by the overall experience and sadly, felt it was a non-event :(

Excellent 1-1 Workshop. Phee was a natural teacher, calm and relaxed style, clear, very approachable, Phee was adaptable to any requests or enquires I had.All my questions were answered. At no point did I feel there was any sales pitch, although advice on purchases was given(always makes you more inclined to by when you don’t feel there’s a sale to be had in their mind.Thanks Phee, highly recommend!

My children loved the class the teacher was great, very helpful!
One negative point I felt I had to rush as there is only 30mins, it took my children a few minutes to choose what item they would like to paint! A little more time so the children can enjoy it should be allocated

Dinah was very welcoming and went through things and explained really well.
It was a nice size group and the space was adequate for the number attending.
The wreath package was well presented and held everything needed to make a good representation of the one pictured left but with individual touches.

Debbie the teacher was lovely, unfortunately I was the only person in the workshop, but it was lovely having 1-1 attention from Debbie. I enjoyed making my Christmas cloche, and after the class looked at some other ideas, in store of how I could make my other one. Debbie gave me lots of tips to create my own unique cloche. I really enjoyed it and it was good value for money.

The class was fantastic and very good value for money. The instructor was excellent and even though I needed help on an overlock machine which was not offered in the store. She did her best to explain all the technical details and workings of the machine to ensure I understood properly. She was also very patient and gave me sufficient opportunity to practice. Thank you

Great crochet workshop today in Crayford Hobbycraft. Dinah the instructor was extremely helpful and friendly which made learning very enjoyable for my daughter who was a beginner. Was also very impressed with the box of supplies given in order to make the snood. Would highly recommend to others who wish to learn a new craft.

Brilliant teacher. Summarised all cricut/design space functions for me, made a Halloween picture/words with vinyl on glass. Tips picked up re using transfer tape etc. Good space to work. Would highly recommend.

Phoebe my teacher was very kind, helpful and knowledgable.
We had a one to one session for my new Cricut Maker 3 where I was shown the basics of the machine and how to cut an image on vinyl paper and how to draw and print an image. I would definitely recommend this workshop

Phoebe explained everything in a manner that I could understand at a level that was appropriate for myself(beginner)was nice to see project from start to finish and I now have more confidence to use my machine at home. Did try to book another 121 next week as I was told there were places available but when I went online there was none. Please keep them available so that people like me can build more confidence and get better use of their machines. I’m looking forward to putting into practice what I was shown today. Phoebe us a credit you the company and I would willingly book a weekly slot for 121 workshops.
