Take your cake making skills to the next level with this comprehensive five-day course in Edinburgh! Guided by the team at David Duncan Sugarcraft School, you'll learn how to make, bake and decorate wedding cakes like a pro. Join us for an introduction to wedding cake making, perfecting your skills in filling, stacking and supporting tiered cakes, icing, piping and finishing techniques and the creation of sugarcraft decor. In this five-day course, you will design a wedding cake at the beginning of the week and will proceed to create this for the week with the guidance and instruction of our team.At the end of the five days, return home with your completed wedding cake, along with the skills and confidence to make many more!Please note:We recommend that you please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your class is due to begin as we aim to start on time, late arrivals may be turned away.

At the age of 22, David Duncan gave up a secure job in the IT industry and took the first steps to making an old dream come true.
