Join your talented teacher Emily as you unravel the mysteries of gut microbiota and learn to make fermented foods. You'll prepare several dishes from scratch and walk away with plenty of new know-how and some jars of tasty morsels.

We will make:
- Water kefir (v)
- Sauerkraut (clip jar and pickling stone provided) (v)
- Spicy pickled radishes or cucumbers (v)
