Using the Whole Fish Workshop - from Sea to Table

Had an excellent time in the Whole Fish Workshop with Whaheed. His lesson was very enjoyable and informative. He showed me (us) how to do everything from hold a knife to fillet a fish. We cooked all of the fish in one way or another so that none was wasted - I'll have to go to the fishmongers and ask for fish heads and tails for the stock as well as the fish I want from now on. I also need to buy myself a proper fish knife for the kitchen. The meal went down very well at home and I have the sneaky suspicion I'll be getting another gift voucher + more

This was a brilliant paint pouring class, with just three of us being there it was a great balance of time from Charlie who herself was very knowledgeable and easy to chat to. The class was amazing value for money and getting to bring the kit home to use at our leisure was great.
