Had an excellent time in the Whole Fish Workshop with Whaheed. His lesson was very enjoyable and informative. He showed me (us) how to do everything from hold a knife to fillet a fish. We cooked all of the fish in one way or another so that none was wasted - I'll have to go to the fishmongers and ask for fish heads and tails for the stock as well as the fish I want from now on. I also need to buy myself a proper fish knife for the kitchen. The meal went down very well at home and I have the sneaky suspicion I'll be getting another gift voucher + more
