What you'll do
Discover a new passion and learn to make your own handmade earrings with the guidance of a local jeweller at this fun hands-on workshop for beginners!
In this jewellery making class, you'll use traditional silversmithing techniques and tools to create studs or dangly earrings from scratch. You'll start by cutting and filing your silver to the perfect shapes before deciding on your combination of textures and finishes to craft earrings perfectly suited to you.
Your expert teacher will provide all of the materials and give you the option of using sterling silver in sheet or wire form before you begin to experiment with creating a range of samples and select your favourite to use on your earrings.
You'll add the finishing touches to your handmade jewellery with the cleaning and refining stage, where you can channel your inner perfectionist before you head home with your DIY earrings and brilliant new skills!
Please note: the course price does not include materials, so please be mindful of this when you think about what you would be interested in making, but Sarah or Violeta can explain this to you before you start your project. Corzo & Wood sell all the materials required for your project on the day. Most students spend £20 – £50.

We share a passion for designing and creating unique, contemporary silver jewellery. Using a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern techniques, we use the flexibility of this precious metal to achieve our contemporary designs.
We take inspiration from the Buckinghamshire countryside surrounding our studio. Our love of form, nature and texture is explored through each individual design.
