What you'll do
Always wanted to learn how to make jewellery from start to finish? Check out this brilliant craft class from Corzo & Wood and craft dazzling DIY earrings over a day!
Whether you're searching for engaging team building events or unique experience gifts for her, this workshop will help you master traditional silversmithing techniques and tools with the help of an expert teacher.
You'll begin by learning to cut out your silver with a saw before using a blowtorch and the annealing technique to soften your metal, ready to shape using jewellers’ hammers and your new skills.
Your teacher will be on hand to provide support and answer any questions as you begin the soldering of your piece, experimenting with creating a range of samples before selecting your favourite one that you will use on your silver earrings.
As your jewellery making class draws to a close, you'll get the chance to unleash your inner perfectionist and clean and refine your piece, finishing with a pair of DIY earrings that will impress your friends, family and loved ones!
Please note: the course price does not include materials, so please be mindful of this when you think about what you would be interested in making, but Sarah or Violeta can explain this to you before you start your project. Corzo & Wood sell all the materials required for your project on the day. Most students spend £20 – £50.

We share a passion for designing and creating unique, contemporary silver jewellery. Using a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern techniques, we use the flexibility of this precious metal to achieve our contemporary designs.
We take inspiration from the Buckinghamshire countryside surrounding our studio. Our love of form, nature and texture is explored through each individual design.
