You'll be greeted with a gin and tonic to take with you around the distillery to see how everything is made, before tasting your way through a range of gins. You'll be whisked around the stills, where your knowledgeable host will explain what on earth goes on inside those copper beauties, before being beckoned to the depths of the barrel room to taste your way through their flagship gins and vodka.
You'll pick up some impressive tasting tips and learn the lingo from your host, giving you a deeper understanding of how spirits are made and how you can appreciate the subtleties of their individual flavour profiles.
Once your tour is over and you're brimming with newfound knowledge, you can enjoy a relaxing time at your host's cocktail bar (or the terrace if the weather's nice) — the ideal way to cap off this gin-lover's dream experience.

The soul of the East End runs through our distillery, our team and our products. To us that represents honesty, grit, hard work and the fight for transparency.
Have you noticed how some gins, rums and vodkas cost the earth? From day one we set out to produce great drinks that wouldn't leave you struggling to see out the month. But don't be fooled, that doesn't mean we cut corners. We distil our gin, vodka and whisky behind our bar, right here in Bow and we import the best rums we can get our hands on, from Jamaica and Guyana.
