The location under the railway arches is super cool with a gorgeous courtyard in front and a bar for tasting different gins downstairs. We were given the understanding of distilling and then encouraged to create our own unique recipe of botanical infused gin. A great day the perfect combination of science and alchemy.

The distillery itself is a beautiful space, warm, stylish, and the perfect setting for such a unique experience. Sasha was an absolutely fantastic host. His passion, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for gin and aquavit really shine through, and he has a wonderful way of making you feel included, comfortable, and involved. Everything was so well organised, and the theory session was engaging and easy to follow, giving us a great understanding of the gin-making process. The hands-on part was definitely a highlight. We had plenty of time to smell and taste all the different botanicals, herbs, and spices before creating our own unique recipe. Sasha guided us every step of the way making the whole process fun, relaxed, and really memorable. We also got to enjoy several delicious cocktails and taste a variety of Sasha's own gins and aquavits, all of which were exceptional. We were so proud of the gin we created and honestly amazed by everything that's included in the experience. You get the tasting, the theory, the hands-on distilling, bottling and labelling your own gin, and you leave with your own full-sized bottle plus two smaller bottles to take home. This was such a special experience from start to finish, and it's clear how much care and passion Sasha puts into every detail. We can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back again soon!

It was the perfect mix of learning something new and just having a really fun afternoon. Sasha was amazing - super friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate! We all came away with not only our own bottle of Aquavit, but also a much better understanding of gin and aquavit (and a greater appreciation for both!). Couldn't recommend it more. Thank you again Sasha for such a brilliant class!

The whole experience was excellent value too, not only for Sasha's knowledge, but the session was super fun, with two cocktails throughout the day and a very generous tasting at the end. Have been recommending it to everyone we know!

We arrived and had a lovely Aquavit and tonic which was delicious. It was really informative and interesting learning about how Gin and Aquavit is made. The highlight was making our own gin, choosing all the ingredients and flavours which was a lot of fun! Followed by a Gin and Aquavit tasting session which was a great way to end the experience. A lovely birthday treat out and would highly recommend!

He was very kind to share the journey to how the distillery has developed and introduce us to the ditilling process. We could not recommend him enough! It was a brilliant afternoon wehre we learnt about the process, created our our Aquavit and had a very informative and interesting Aquavit tasting, we cannot wait to return!
