I'm Kerry Herbert, baking educator and professional bespoke cake designer, helping you achieve all your baking goals. I love teaching people how to bake! From groups of primary schoolers to busy parents, I enjoy sharing my knowledge, skills and secrets, so they can become confident, proficient bakers.All of my baking projects/classes are designed to be fun, quick and minimise mess as much as possible. I know how stressful baking with children can be. Having baked with groups of thirty children at a time I've quickly learned what works and what doesn't.As a former research scientist, I've developed a unique concept that brings baking and science together. Incorporating engaging kitchen science activities that are not just fun to do but also help you and your child understand how baking works. Enabling you to have more baking success and help you effectively troubleshoot any problems.
