If you've got a taste for baking at home and want to expand your skills, or you really want to impress that special someone with some delicious brunch treats, come along to this viennoiserie patisserie course and learn to bake tasty pastries like a Parisien.

Under the guidance of an experienced baker, you'll learn all the skills and steps to create everything from classic croissants to delightful Danish pastries that'll impress anyone. Covering the essential skills needed to laminate dough for perfect flakiness, you might surprise yourself with how much you learn over the course of three days.

The course will cover:

  • Formation of dough, lamination, folding, rolling and shaping.
  • Croissants.
  • Pain au chocolat.
  • Choux pastry
  • Danish pastries.
  • Various fillings.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided each day and all course creations can be taken home, along with recipes and technical notes. You'll leave filled with newfound knowledge and skills to recreate these tempting treats at home time after time.
