If you've got a sweet tooth or you're looking for a unique gift experience for someone who has, come along to this chocolate making workshop in Edinburgh and learn how to make a whole host of goodies from an expert in the field.
Led by Master Chocolatier, Shona Sutherland of Taystful, this hands-on chocolate making class is a wonderful introduction to the intricate and delicious world of chocolate.
With expert tuition, you will experiment with the infusion of flavours into chocolate, discover the origin and process of chocolate making and pick up a brace of skills including tempering and moulding.
You will learn how to make six different chocolates, with plenty to box up and take home on the day.
Examples of past chocolates include:
- Brandy and orange ganache
- Vanilla and raspberry white chocolate cups
- Hazelnut praline ganache
- Cinnamon and bergamot truffle
PLEASE NOTE: This class is not suitable for sufferers of allergens: soya lecithin, milk, gluten, nuts, eggs, or peanuts, as traces or substantial amounts are present in the ingredients we use. Artificial colourings will also be used.
