I am Faiza Sherjeel, an award winning cake artist and the founder of The Cake Menagerie, a cake decorating studio. I am based in Manchester, UK. Art has always been my passion that led me to the cake art, the best way to express myself. I started as a hobby baker and soon this took me to the journey of cake decorating instructor.

Being a nature lover, my work is mostly inspired by nature. It gives me peace and satisfaction. I am here to share my passion for cake art and love for nature with you. I enjoy teaching and sharing my knowledge. I am here to help you explore your artistic creativity.

I attended this class by myself. It was a really enjoyable class, and Faiza took the time to make sure that we learnt the skills before moving onto our cake. We were asked to bring some equipment, but she had plenty of spares available.

I enjoyed the course - buttercream cake decorating. However the venue was very cold on the day I attended. The offer of a hot of tea would have been appreciated.

Super friendly, parking available on site just use the kiosk pad in reception. Really fun class, could chat and laugh with those around us. Informative class, lots of fun and nice and laid back.
