Painting class
The teacher was very personable and relaxed whilst keeping everything on track. The difficulty level increased after each 10 minute break (nicely timed for visits to the bar) and yet everyone in the room had a nice painting by the end. There was a fun atmosphere in the room with music playing in the background throughout. The venue is a great choice with a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks available for those who are driving. The food available for order was delivered upstairs to the event room and the nachos were very popular!

One-to-one Sewing Workshop
Annie in the Luton store was incredibly knowledgeable - she had an excellent working knowledge of the available machines and provided a tailored session. We discussed the benefits of different machines as well as some top tips on the basics for the machine we were working on. As we had a little time left Annie taught me how to do a French Seam in a matter of minutes. Bonus points for the fun sewing test fabric sheet for sewing straight and curved lines! This session was fantastic value for money.
