Good teacher and nice materials (I don’t feel adding a bit of masking tape to the materials sent out would have been expensive though)

Teacher was fantastic, great class - had so much fun doing it. The online classes are great but it’s so much nicer to go into the shops to do them - such a warm atmosphere while tapping into all that crafting knowledge

3D Butterfly Sketching Class
Great class - it’s amazing what you can do in an hour. I’m not a natural artist and don’t consider myself as someone who can draw. I’m amazed at my results

Fluid Art class
Really enjoyed it but would have been nice to start doing it earlier and then do it slower. Also some tips in advance like being in a room you can shut away for over 24 hours etc.

Good course with some good tips not included in the instructions but expect to overrun on timing

friendly teacher but would recommend for a total beginning. If you have any piping experience it will seem to easy.

Teacher was great but the template seems a bit too small to make the flowers that size. Should have been made a little bit bigger

Good course but would have been nice to have a small piece of sandpaper to tidy up the box, white paint is not enough to finish the box and consider splitting course into 2 sessions (or a video for first part) so you come to the main class with a painted box

Really enjoyed it and amazed that I managed a complete painting in an hour. Would recommend.

Great course with a great teacher. Lovely little kit with lots of yarn (you could make loads of garlands no problem)

Nice idea, good length of time and bubbly tutor. Just the quality on some of the bits I received from was a little disappointing.

Beginner's Guide to Acrylic Paint Pouring
Rachel was really great and it was a nice kit. I am very pleased with the art I created and they will be hanging in my spare bedroom shortly (when they finally dry anyway)

Craft class
Teacher was amazing (would love to do another of her courses) - kit/instructions need improvement. Pattern instructions are not clear for a beginner and it suggests a safety pin as a marker (which made a mess and meant my lemon had red flecks) - add a stitch marker to the kit, how much extra would it cost as the original instructions said nothing else needed.

My friend and I both really enjoyed this course run by Louie - we went through everything we needed to and got some great tips. Louie also got everything washed down for us to we didnt get ink all over our cars on the way home. Really hope to do some future courses with Louie but will continue practicing with lino

Clare was a fantastic teacher and also let us know so much about what else Hobbycraft has to offer and how talented all the staff are. Clare offered all the support we needed and how we can get support in the future as well. The pack you get is great and gives you more than you need (just annoying about the stickers on the side of the pots - HQ take note!).
