Having done beginner and intermediate classes with Ali previously, I was keen to move to the next level with this dress making course; and I was not disappointed! Ali was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient; and at the end of the classes, I ended up completing not one but TWO dresses (using the same pattern)! The class had a very relaxed atmosphere and it was great to see what other people were making over the 6 weeks. This has fed into my new found love of sewing and I definitely plan on keeping it up.

Having done a beginner's course a couple of months back, I wanted to give the intermediate one a try. It was definitely a step up with the sewing, but Ali made things really accessible and enjoyable, and I came home with a fab make up bag! Would highly recommend.

The sewing workshop was amazing! I went from knowing nothing at all about using a sewing machine to making my own cushion cover. The teacher, Ali, was super patient and knowledgable, helping us along every step of the way. The materials provided were great - a really good range of fabrics (as well as the cushion fillers!). Would highly recommend. It's inspired me to keep sewing and try some more classes.

I would highly recommend this workshop - it was a lovely atmosphere, and Ali was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was wonderful to walk away at the end with a finished product - a Christmas wreath that I was proud of! It was great to see what others in the class were doing as well, using the wide range of fabrics and materials that were available. It was a lovely way to get into the festive spirit, with some Christmas tunes playing in the background and refreshments to get us in the mood for the holidays. I would certainly book another class with this teacher.
