Robyn, the teacher, was fabulous: full of great tips, motivating and wonderful at explaining things in a way that gave me confidence. The class was very relaxed and I was delighted with the product, which was a lined bag with a zip fastener. The only reason I haven’t given a 5 star review is that the class over ran by 45 mins and unlike when I did the beginners’ course, i was unable to use my own machine as there were no appropriate bobbins in the classroom. I would highly recommend the class.

My teacher was Robyn and she was really helpful and my machine started playing up and she helped fix it. I was the youngest in the class (9) and some parts were tricky but I managed. Everybody was really chatty and friendly. It was nice learning something with my mum.

The pace worked well - not too fast that I couldn’t keep up, but not too slow that I was standing around waiting. The room was set up perfectly for all six students. There was plenty of choice of fabric and zips, and it was interesting seeing how different our wash bags all were. Huge thanks

Group size and pace were good and so much easier learning in a group setting than via YouTube! Emma even helped point me in the right direction with a home project - highly recommend!

She demonstrated each step of our project by making one of her own. (We were making little wash bags). This really helped because you could see what the end result 9f each step should look like. She patiently waited for everyone to be ready before moving on. Good range of fabric to choose from, with advice and encouragement from Emma and each other. Emma was also great at helping those who had brought their own machines and was happy to help troubleshoot any problems they had. Great experience. Looking forward to the next step.

I did the cushion making class a couple of months ago so I really enjoyed learning new, slightly advanced skills like inserting a zipper and lining the bag. My teacher Emma is very friendly and patient. It was a small class so was very friendly atmosphere. We also all received enough attention from the teacher. Highly recommend

Our tutor, Robyn was absolutely fantastic, so knowledgable, patient and explained/demonstrated every so well. Now booked on to the Garment Making course and cannot wait. Can’t recommend these classes enough! Fab way to spend the day. Thank you

Ali expected people got everything at the first time and if you had a mistake she told you off. I didn't feel supported so I don't think I'll be back to one of her courses again.

The teacher Esme is really great at demonstrating the process, answering questions and troubleshooting anything unexpected that happens with the machines. The class ran smoothly with a well timed break for lunch. Absolutely would highly recommend!
