Hello! I’m Rashida, a professional Pastry Chef of 15 years and owner of Rashida’s Patisserie which is Patisserie studio in North West London. I started the business from home in 2020 at the end of my maternity leave after realising there was a demand for handmade high quality bespoke cakes in my area. My specialty is French patisserie such as Croquembouche towers and classic British desserts.
