Hello! I’m Rashida, a professional Pastry Chef of 15 years and owner of Rashida’s Patisserie which is Patisserie studio in North West London. I started the business from home in 2020 at the end of my maternity leave after realising there was a demand for handmade high quality bespoke cakes in my area. My specialty is French patisserie such as Croquembouche towers and classic British desserts. In the new kitchen studio I’m looking forward to helping you develop your pastry skills in a fun and relaxed environment.
