When we first opened Soul Food Kitchen, our aim was to create a wellness hub, a place where people interested in holistic health could gather, for workshops and talks, and other social events.

We aimed to create a safe space for like-minded souls to come together, not only for delicious healthy food, but to be part of a community. A community through which we motivate and inspire each other every day to live healthier and more holistic lives. A community where time and consideration are given to all aspects of health, not just the food we eat, but mindset, spirituality, a sense of purpose and community.
