Knowledge required
Intermediate - Must have attended a beginner's sewing class or be able to thread a sewing machine without supervision and sew in straight and curved lines.
What to bring
Just yourself and a 'can-do' attitude.You are welcome to bring along your own machine or use one in the studio.This class is run over two evenings and teaches the same skills as the full-day intermediate sewing workshop, which is run on Saturdays.

The Edinburgh Sewcial Club first opened its doors in 2014 teaching garment making, sewing machine skills, pattern cutting, embroidery and other textiles crafts to people of all ages, levels of ability and experience in evening and weekend workshops and courses in Meadowbank, Edinburgh.Our relaxing, fun, social classes are a great way to try something new and learn a practical craft and skill! Now, as well as dressmaking and sewing there are also a number of other textile crafts taught, beading, embroidery, upcycling & mending even fleece mermaid tail blankets! Our 'sewcial club' is a friendly environment to get creative!Come and discover what you can do!
