Guided by an experienced textile tutor, you'll learn professional patchwork and cushion construction techniques in a friendly, supportive environment. Experience required:
This workshop is designed for confident beginner to intermediate sewers. Participants should be comfortable using a sewing machine, threading it independently, and have completed several small sewing projects previously.
If you're completely new to sewing, we recommend attending one of our Beginner or Intermediate Sewing Classes before joining this workshop.

The Edinburgh Sewcial Club first opened its doors in 2014 teaching garment making, sewing machine skills, pattern cutting, embroidery and other textiles crafts to people of all ages, levels of ability and experience in evening and weekend workshops and courses in Meadowbank, Edinburgh.
Our relaxing, fun, social classes are a great way to try something new and learn a practical craft and skill!
Now, as well as dressmaking and sewing there are also a number of other textile crafts taught, beading, embroidery, upcycling & mending even fleece mermaid tail blankets! Our 'sewcial club' is a friendly environment to get creative!
