I enjoyed Erica’s tea tasting workshop very much - I never realised there was so much information regarding a cup of tea! I’ll certainly be trying all the varieties in my box and luckily as I live locally I’ll pop into Eteatek when it re-opens.

I really enjoyed this class. Being mindful whilst drinking gorgeous loose leaf tea was all I hoped it would be and more. Great to find out all about brewing different teas and how having mindful moments with tea can really change your mood and your ability to relax. Definitely recommend.

Erica was our wonderful guide through the world of tea and creating mindful moments and rituals to go alongside the different teas. I'd highly recommend buying the tea box to go alongside the class as you get to try some really unusual and delicious teas and shown how to brew them in different ways to get the best out of them. I'd really recommend this class as an hour from your day to unwind, be present and treat yourself.

Erica is a passionate tea connoisseur, and we enjoyed a lovely Valentine's Day afternoon participating in her Love Potions class over Zoom. The cocktails were delicious, and we learned plenty of practical and philosophical applications for our afternoon (or happy hour) cup of tea. Great mindful tea tasting session Erica really knows her stuff! The hour flew by and I learned so much. I will take the workshop again whenever we can meet in person again.
