What you'll do
Boil up your water for this incredible tea experience. You will discover our Tea In Mind concept based on the five elements of Chinese Philosophy. Together, we will taste seven different teas each with their own tea routine.
You will learn the basics of whole leaf tea and the wonderful flavour they have. We will also go over the seven habits to live more through pausing for tea and will be able to incorporate your own three-minute tea routines into your daily life and become empowered to pause, rebalance and create calming space for your mind.
It's perfect when you need things to do on a rainy day at home that will make you feel cosy and refreshed. The mindfulness of tea can help you feel calmer, more focused, less anxious and ultimately happier in the present moment. Making this a productive thing to do at home.

A selection of 3 different loose leaf teas (each approx 20g, enough for 8 servings):- White Peach (flavoured white tea)

What you'll need
No need to bring anything (but a cup of your favourite tea and an open mind is recommended). Ideally, you'll have the 3 teas included in the optional box so you can taste as we go along and practice your Tea Routines with.
