Candle Creations studio is situated in the beautiful Bruntsfield area in Edinburgh, Scotland. We sell handcrafted candles that are created in our studio. We hold fun, informative, hands-on candle making workshops for beginners, intermediates and entrepreneurs looking to start a candle making business.

• Clean and organized workshop

• Learned about the different kinds of wax
• Learned about how there are different mixtures of fragrances used in perfumes and candles
• Learned that decorating candles/wax tablets isn't that easy!

I have wanted to try a candle making class for years and I have had a fantastic afternoon workshop today (02/03/2024). The tutor is so knowledgeable and was very patient going over every step of the various processes. Health and safety was also foremost with using candles properly and all participants getting a safety card to take with the candles. We even got a safety sticker for the bottom of the jar candles we made.
This has been a fabulous workshop and I absolutely loved it.

I was gifted a voucher for this lovely candle making course. The space is beautiful and calm and the teacher, Sarah, is very knowledgable about candle making and fragrances. It is a peaceful setting with a small class where you get the chance to make a variety of different candles with some fragrances of your choice. I would definitely recommend as a gift for someone who loves candles/ anything crafty or just as a treat for yourself.

Our instructor Sarah was wonderful! She was patient, and had a lot of knowledge and experience about this field. There was not a single question she didn't have the answer to. The space/venue was light, airy, clean and very beautiful. I particularly loved that it was decorated with some of her exceptional works on the shelves.
As for the session itself, the materials provided were all prepared beforehand (ie. wicks were measured). There was a great range of fragrances and decorations to work with too.
For the session we did we made a jar candle, two tea lights and a tablet. Having never done this before, I thoroughly enjoyed myself!

Brilliant class. Sarah was so knowledgeable and made learning easy and fun. Came away with some lovely candles in a scent you choose yourself. Would highly recommend and attend further workshops in the future. Thank you!

Sarah runs an amazing experience. Really relaxed and informative. Learned about the fragrance industry, how different waxes are made and about candle-making as an art.
The whole experience was expertly done and amazing fun. Walked away with a load of beautiful candles that we got to make ourselves. Sarah is a great teacher her passion shines through every moment of the workshop.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice way to enjoy a nice quiet afternoon.

The venue was lovely and the teacher was very helpful. She put me at ease as I had never made candles before. All materials were provided and enabled me to make some lovely candles. I would thoroughly recommend this course.

Had a wonderful, relaxing time making candles. The teacher was so friendly and made sure we all understood what we were doing, and the materials provided were really good quality. We all made 4 candles each, which we did get to keep. The experience is definitely worth the money, so if you're looking for a relaxing afternoon learning a new skill in Edinburgh, this is the place to go!
