Zoomsing Stars (10-15 Years)

Looking for online singing lessons for kids and teens? Or maybe just some creative things to do at home to entertain your kids during lockdown? Join us for Zoomsing Stars, fun online singing lessons for ages 10 to 15, live-streamed from sunny Aus but for UK times.

At Vivid Stars, we encourage your child to sing as loudly as they like. As they're in the comfort of their own home, we hope that being surrounded by their favourite things will help them to feel more comfortable and confident. You could have their favourite packet of biscuits near them, have pets supporting (and singing with them), you could even have a couple of friends over to join in... We don’t mind – as long as they sing!

What kids will learn:
It is at this crucial age of development that we have found students start to fear of what they might sound like. We work with them to improve not only their sound through our personalised approach but their confidence.

In these online classes, students will learn specific vocal technique as if they were learning individually, but with the bonus of confidence-building in a group situation - which welcomes children from all around the world, including USA, UK and Australia but from a UK teacher so you'll understand what she says!

Together, we will focus on pitch, breathing, rhythm, phrasing and some harmony. They will learn to develop their hearing to be able to hold their own part in a song. Then, they will collaborate and use their creative skills to write and develop songs. These virtual classes are an exciting global musical experience for your child - despite being at home!

In our Stars group, we will nurture the inner belief that singing is ok. They are not studying with us to become professional singers, they are singing to have fun and singing in our online groups gives them so much more than that.

In these special sessions your child will receive:

• Access to class of your choice via Zoom!

Please note we need to meet our minimum number of students for this class to run. In the case that we don't you'll be contacted and the lesson will be cancelled.

No previous singing experience required.
  Just themselves!
 

Suitable for kids from 10 to 15 years old. Adult accompaniment is not required.
