Covering concepts such as gratitude, joy lists, sensory writing and journalling prompts, to name but a few, these sessions increase self worth, self confidence and promote a beautiful sense of compassion and empathy.What drives Suzanne is her passion for seeing the transformation in the people that she works with that an immersive and interactive workshop on Creative Writing or Writing for Wellbeing brings - the increase in confidence, the delight in their eyes when they realise the ability within and the progress that can be made and the joy that can be felt in a short space of time.
