4.9 (8)Hi, I'm Valeria, and I was born and raised in a family of foodies in the South of Italy.
Making fresh pasta from scratch has always been a Sunday family ritual since I was a child. I've learnt from my grandmothers, my mum and my aunts all the secrets of pasta making. In my adult life, and as a trained Chef, I've tried to keep this family tradition alive, experimenting with new textures, new flavours and playing with countless pasta shapes. I love sharing my passion for fresh pasta and welcoming people in my kitchen to recreate the true taste of Italy!

Absolutely amazing! A lovely relaxed atmosphere, and Valeria is an extremely knowledgeable and patient teacher. Wonderful ingredients and brilliant ideas to continue making pasta at home. Would strongly recommend!

We went to Valeria's for an artistic/creative pasta making class as part of our work christmas do. Valeria is super friendly and knowledgeable and guided us to create the most beautiful pasta! Highly recommend. :)

We had a great time at Valeria's pasta making class. Four of us attended with different amounts of experience with making pasta but the class went over the basics without being too simple and taught us loads of things we didn't know. It was a really thorough class and we all came away with lots of creative ideas!
The setting was great and Valeria had really high quality tools. We spent most of the class making lots of different types of pasta and at the end she cooked up what we'd made which was delicious! We took the leftovers home with us and we're excited to make even more pasta for dinner that night!
Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to get a bit more creative with their pasta making.
