Welcome to The Dough House!

We run homely cooking and baking experiences where you can gain new skills and at the same time share some fun with family and friends, connect with other people and celebrate a special occasion.

The Dough House was created by Fulden, and started with a deep respect for food and traditions based on family heritage, travels and work experience. Fulden has been baking and cooking with her mother and her grandmother since she was a child.

Her goal is to create an intimate learning experience that is fun-filled, friendly and inviting to both children and adults. She loves to get people excited about spending time together in the kitchen.

Professionally, Fulden has a training and development and management background in the corporate food and beverage industry. She also ran her own boutique cafe in Warwickshire.

Fabulous time making scones, jam and clotted cream.
Pizza scones are a new one to me, and they are so tasty.
Particularly loved the fruit and nut scones - and looking forward to tasting my very own raspberry clotted cream tomorrow and the mixed berry jam.
Great teacher, very clear instructions with patiently repeated steps and extra time for anyone who fell behind.

A fun class to do, and the end results were delicious. Its just a shame the jam wasn't officially ready at the end of the class, not that that stopped any of us from eating it! It was also really nice to have the personal touch from Fulden who used her grandmother's jam recipe from Turkey - delicious!
