Looking for a light, bright, and welcoming space to host your next creative workshop? Our studio in the heart of Deptford Market Yard is available for hire – perfect for makers, crafters, and facilitators looking for an inspiring setting.We’re currently in our pre-fit out phase, which means we’re offering 50% off all hire fees until the end of September. While we’re still adding the finishing touches, the space is fully functional and ready to support your session.We can currently seat 16 people comfortably (soon expanding to 36)Public toilets are available nearby in the Market YardNo sink just yet – but we can provide unlimited tea and coffee for just £1 per personAvailable daytimes, evenings, and weekends – 7 days a week, 9am–11pmOur hire includes use of tables, chairs, and a friendly SGW team member to welcome your guestsWhether you’re running a workshop, class, or creative session, we’d love to host you.

Hi, we’re Emily and Jess, the creative minds behind Something Good Workshops!
Our journey began in 2019 when Emily launched Something Good Workshops (originally known as MADEptford) as a way to spread crafty joy and raise funds for running the London Marathon. What started as a one-time idea quickly grew into a passion for bringing people together through creativity. Since then, we’ve hosted a wide variety of workshops, from arm knitting to body casting, in all kinds of spaces - corporate offices, cosy pubs, pop-up shops, and even people’s homes.
After taking a short break, we’re back with fresh energy and an exciting new partnership. Jess has joined the team, and together, we’re on a mission to spark joy and empower people to explore their creativity in relaxing, welcoming spaces.
