Found the camera not focusing annoying at times. Found some tips useful and I look forward to doing more designs but will be doing this on flat surfaces not a rounded egg to start with. Would have liked to have had an explanation as to what the additional tips could of been used for.

Lovely tutor and the course was great. I wasn't sure I'd create anything any where near as lovely as the example but I was pleasantly surprised how easily I picked this up. Very happy.

The tutor was lovely. The class was informative. My kit didn't arrive but I was refunded 50%, the kit was resent and I still did the course using my own crochet hooks. Definitely need to do more courses to understand patterns and such.

We arrived 15 minutes early and didn't receive a particularly warm welcome - we were told we were early and to come back.
When we did start the tutor didn't really interact with the children attending - she didn't even introduce herself.
They weren't shown techniques but just given paint which meant my children weren't sure what to do especially my son who became upset and withdrawn from the activity. Noticing this the tutor didn't try to engage with him to make the experience enjoyable.
All children were done within 15 minutes so we were given another canvas and again no real interaction. We were done after 10 minutes and both children asked to leave which we did. When we got home and the canvas was dry and we removed the tape the paint had bled everywhere (masking tape and watery paint are not a good combo) and this lead to more upset.
I'm really disappointed as we've attended several classes at the Solihull store which my children loved.

Both children really enjoyed this class. They loved making different sea creatures and found the tutor very friendly and made the session lots of fun.

The teacher was very friendly and made both my children feel at ease. The class was relaxed and suitable for lots of ages.
The animal my kids decorated now have pride of place on the bookshelf.
Great value for money.
