Had a 5 star Glowforge workshop with Shauna who we think is a massive asset to your Hobbycraft shop in Ferndown. It was my second workshop because I do a different type of work on the Glowforge making wooden cog clocks on 6mm plywood. This I believe is not what normally Glowforge Pro's are used for but she has worked through it for me and solved all the problems that I have had so far.

We had a workshop with Shauna at Bournemouth on the Glowforge Pro laser cutter. This is the third workshop with her and we found her to be patient, encouraging and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, we have now bought the machine and are looking forward to using it.
