Kerry is very knowledgeable and helpful.
I was asked to take my machine in for us to work on as it is a vintage Singer 603k.
Kerry went through the various functions and adjustments on the machine which was very helpful, I didn't realise the machine had so many functions.
Kerry helped me try various stitching / adjusting length, etc.
My session was in the Lincoln store, in the middle of the shop. I felt a bit uncomfortable with this but I was soon too busy working with Kerry to worry about people shopping around us.
I found the session extremely helpful, the machine was my late mum's and I hadn't used it since I was about 10 years old. Kerry helped me to remember how to feed the thread and adjust the tension, and to fill a bobbin.
The session was very good value for money.
