My love of candles started many years ago and as a result had lots of candles containers I did not want to throw away. I have spent many years perfecting and simplifying the candle making process and now teach and inspire other candle lovers to make their own. You will learn how to make luxury candles and have the choice to refill or reuse containers with ease.
Come and join me at one of my candle classes and make your own luxury scented candle to take home and enjoy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our candle making. The candles turned out really well, the teacher was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The group was a lovely size. It wasn’t rushed at all and it was a lovely atmosphere.

Thank you to Anita our teacher who explained clearly how to make a candle from scratch and infuse with oil. We learnt the difference between parrafin and soywax candles. It was a fun afternoon with a group of likeminded people. The end result was a beautiful handcrafted candle. The venue was easy to find and the workshop was light and airy and comfortable to work in. My experience was bought as a Christmas gift from my husband and what a lovely unique present it was.
I enjoyed the course that much I bought a gift box for my daughter which provided enough material to make 3 candles and included a link to a video showing step by step instructions. Definitely a great gift idea and would recommend.

I bought this class as a present for my mum and Grandma for Christmas. The voucher was really easy to redeem and the class was really easy to book. The teacher was lovely and really informative. Venue was easy to find and parking was close by. I thought the class was good value for money and everything you needed was provided.

Just had a great time on this candle making workshop. I took my mum and aunty. The class was very informative! Venue is easy to find and we were lucky enough to find a parking space straight away. Session was very relaxing and fun. Teacher Anita is amazing and was very knowledgable! She gave us some really good tips and tricks of candle making. Planning to go again with my girls next time.

I really enjoyed the lesson, I learned loads and was able to make a unique candle to show off to the family. All the materials were provided. The host was excellent, informative and helpful. The venue was brilliant: very centrally located. There is a cafe selling food and snacks, as well as a gift shop downstairs.

This workshop was very fun and informative! The venue is great, it’s very cozy and they have delicious food. You’ll acquire a new skill plus you’ll get a high quality candle to take home with you. Really good value for your money!

We were a group of hens who had a wonderful time at our candle making session! The teacher was friendly and accommodating. She gave us lots of interesting information about candles and we then had a wonderful time making our own candles. The equipment provided was high quality and there were a great range of fragrances and decorative items available. We were given great tips on how to refill our candle in the future.

The teacher was so patient and informative, kept the class interesting! The venue was also beautiful and it meant that during the 30 mins we had to let our candle set we could wander around the shop and look at work from local/independent artists and brands. I felt as though I learnt so much, the candle smells beautiful and I will definitely be purchasing more items from the teacher in the future to use what I’ve learned and make candles at home!

Really enjoyed this workshop. Loved the smell of the candle that I made and the explanation of how to make the candle was really good and simple to understand. Would definitely recommend! Looking forward to using my candle and the refill kit I purchased. Would have been nice if the refill kit came with one jar as makes it easier to give as gift or I can make 2 candles at the same time.

I took me and my mum for a nice afternoon workshop booked in advance and it was interesting to know the knowledge of candles, the different types of wax used etc and we used soya wax which is environmentally friendly and vegan as well which is a double win. To make the candle was so easy and straight forward. I would recommend this fun activity.

I arranged this class as for the senior management team as a surprise. They all really enjoyed the class and were so pleased they could take home a candle too. They are going to look at booking some classes for their teams on away days.
The teacher was friendly and give some good advice about which candles to buy in shops as some wax has nasty toxins. She also had some packs you could buy on the day to make more candles at home.
The venue was easy to find and a lovely place, they sold lots of nice gifts and the café did great food too.
Thank you for a brilliant afternoon and I'm sure you will hear from Riverside again :)
