  • 5/5 from Charlotte Rumsey, attended Sep 2026: We loved our paint and sip class! Our teacher Emily was just lovely and gave really good tips and tricks throughout. I really enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be booking another!
  • 5/5 from Katie Brannan, attended Sep 2026: Really enjoyed this class! So good for beginners but you can go off book if you feel like it. The gift option was so easy as well.
  • 4/5 from Patricia Bickerton, attended Aug 2026: A fun activity suitable for a mixed age group & mixed ability. Nobody ‘failed’ every painting was slightly different giving everybody a chance to be creative. A little more individual help with techniques would have been useful & slightly more detailed instructions. I thought it would be nice to have one drink included in the package (eg. a glass of wine/prosecco/soft drink Generally a very enjoyable afternoon, would recommend
  • 3/5 from Emma Short, attended Aug 2026: Venue was very nice, painting itself felt quite cramped. The instructor was poor. There was no clear direction when it came to the painting, it was like they had never taken a class before. Other pain and sip experiences I have done in the past there was a lot better instruction
  • 5/5 from Ness Dorrian, attended Jun 2026: Really enjoyed the class the instructor was amazing
  • 5/5 from Kylie Chover-Leyland, attended Jun 2026: Gary was an amazing teacher! So accommodating and really patient with our group. We went for my sister's hen do and it was a great time. Defintely a fun activity for a big group and the venue was lovely. Great staff and a great evening.
  • 5/5 from Abbie Richardson, attended Jun 2026: Great group activity! Teacher explained slowly step by step and we all had fun!
  • 5/5 from Jake Aindow, attended May 2026: Teacher was brilliant, guided us slowly and personally.
  • 5/5 from Melissa Carroll, attended May 2026: We had the best time, the 2 hours went by so quick! So much fun and so easy to follow along with no previous art experience!
  • 4/5 from Dan Harvey, attended May 2026: Bob Ross Sunset - The event overall was very enjoyable, the host was friendly and helpful and there was a nice relaxed atmosphere. I did however feel the venue (Cheers Big Ears, Liverpool) wasn't probably the best for this sort of activity. The seating arrangements made it a bit tricky to work. I also felt the tools were probably a little limited, in that we only had two small brushes and a pencil - whereas Bob Ross tends to use several other brushes and scrapers. I guess I was expecting a bit more of a 'Bob Ross experience', as opposed to just creating a similar painting.
  • 5/5 from Jessica Collison, attended Apr 2026: Loved the class! It was a great venue with reasonably priced drinks. The staff were attentive and coached us through the painting process. Would recommend!
  • 5/5 from Kate Gill, attended Oct 2025: Loved it! Our teacher was lovely, great at showing us step by step how to sketch, mix paints, brush techniques and we ended up with a great painting. Will definitely be booking another class
  • 5/5 from Emma Wilson, attended Sep 2025: Such a lovely class, really enjoyed it and it went at a good pace to suit everyones abilities.
  • 5/5 from Louise Gunstone, attended Jul 2025: Great evening, lots chat and made friends! Good fun
  • 4/5 from Jasmine Oates, attended Jul 2025: Nice relaxed environment, very welcoming, nice discussion of techniques, I feel the style was geared a bit more towards visual learners and the venue was quite dark so it was hard at times to see the colours I was mixing
  • 5/5 from Emma Lawrence, attended Jun 2025: Such a fun activity! Had a really great time and Emily was a lovely instructor.
  • 4/5 from Sandra Sipaviciute, attended Jun 2025: It was a lovely venue, and all the materials nicely provided. The teacher was friendly, and she had an assistant who also was helpful. A little niggle though - it was not much space at the painting station, not enough space to put your drink. And the venue layout not the best for such a class, becuase we had to turn around to see what the teacher was doingnext, we could not hear, she would come up to us, but it still wasn't as flow'y. But overall, a great 2 hour activity to spend with your friends. Would recommend.
  • 4/5 from Adeola Olabisi Banjo, attended Apr 2025: The teacher could have explained more to beginners most of the people there were pro.
  • 3/5 from Michele Okorn, attended Apr 2025: The ladies were lovely, but a few things could be improved. The set up was not ideal. I have been to another sip and paint where the host wore a mic and could be seen by all. This set up was upstairs on a L shaped area and therefore the host could not be seen illustrating, or heard by all. Everyone has their own style and I would have preferred to watch the host do a section, talking us through what to do, then our turn and repeat. This session was now move onto the buildings and paint them orange, now add detail without seeing them do it. I felt like here’s the picture, and of you go, which we could have tried at home.
  • 2/5 from Gail Fletcher, attended Apr 2025: Had great fun…. However Venue very dark… instruction very limited… told to get picture on phone to follow instructions…. Two hours definitely not long enough…need a finer paint brush…. Would I go again…. Probably not…
  • 5/5 from Bethany Allibone, attended Mar 2025: Loved this! Was easy to follow, great teacher, very enjoyable. First time painting and I'm happy with the results
  • 5/5 from Francis Bench, attended Mar 2025: Great teacher!
  • 5/5 from Elaine Wylie, attended Mar 2025: Such a wonderful experience, so easy to follow. we enjoyed it so much that we’re going to book another session. Thank you
  • 5/5 from Holly Ellis, attended Feb 2025: Amazing teacher! Explained everything really well, helped when needed, wonderful!
  • 5/5 from Debra Livingston, attended Feb 2025: Lovely evening and a great venue
  • 5/5 from Frederico Lima, attended Feb 2025: what a class! so therapeutic, perfect for couples, brought out my inner picasso too!
  • 4/5 from Elisha Mann, attended Feb 2025: Great class for a beginner however techniques of layering and blending paints would be better at the start. Would be better if teacher could guide through the session rather than painting.
  • 5/5 from Jenny Maddox, attended Jan 2025: Tammy was fab, she was super helpful and made the evening fun. Didn't realise how much I would enjoy it, but would recommend to everyone whether you have ever painted or not, we had a brilliant time. Thank you
  • 4/5 from Denise Davies, attended Jan 2025: Most relaxing Most therapeutic Loved it. Great teachers who guide you through
  • 4/5 from Isabell Sutherland, attended Jan 2025: Lovely and relaxing way to spend an afternoon. Friendly, knowledgeable and very patient staff. The lighting was a bit dark in some places and maybe a couple more different brushes would have been good. But overall very enjoyable experience - nice to see so many different versions of Bob Ross’s painting appear throughout the session. I would definitely recommend it
  • 5/5 from Susan Barry, attended Dec 2024: Had a fantastic night We painted the highland cow, teachers were great, really helpful instructions Paintings turned out great Will be returning for another class soon
  • 4/5 from Varaidzo Deda, attended Dec 2024: The venue was not difficult to find, teacher was encouraging, warm and friendly thought next time i feel she should try to guide the new painters on how to create the different designs/ strokes during paitning
  • 5/5 from Sean Brewer, attended Nov 2024: Thanks to Tammy and Charlotte for their help in producing our Matisse Cats (of various shapes and sizes) in Revolution Liverpool! Great tunes as well.
  • 5/5 from Claire McKenzie, attended Nov 2024: Brilliant afternoon. Tammy and Emily were fantastic. Would definitely recommend
  • 5/5 from Megan Soulsby, attended Nov 2024: Such lovely hosts! Thank you! We had a great experience and would do it again.
  • 5/5 from Angela Scott, attended Nov 2024: Brilliant teacher and assistant yesterday at Liverpool Arts Bar. (I didn’t catch the teacher’s name or her assistant, it was a bit loud when the introductions were being made.) Our teacher was professional and talented especially as she was faced with the challenging task of teaching a very full class in a room that was far too small for the numbers. Given the fact that the class seemed to be oversubscribed, some materials were not at the venue and had to be chased down before the class could begin delaying the start of the class by more than 30mins, our teacher delivered a great session ensuring we all completed our very own masterpiece! Very commendable. Because of the delayed start our teacher kindly offered to over run her class ensuring that most people were given the allotted time to complete the painting. Unfortunately my friend and I couldn’t stay longer because of other commitments including a pre booked car park - didn’t want to risk a parking ticket and had to leave before the time was up. It was a great atmosphere and very clear that our teacher was very good at her job, well done. Lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
  • 4/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Nov 2024: Love it xx hope there will be more landscape themed painting classes
  • 3/5 from Pat, attended Nov 2024: Teacher was very good but too many people allowed for the size of room. Late start too because the equipment wasn’t sufficient so teacher had to go home and bring more resources. It was rushed at the end because people had made arrangements to be collected etc. However, I loved my painting.
  • 3/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Nov 2024: Painting set up was cramped (small table). Not enough supplies. Was only given one paint brush and it was too thick to do any detail work.
  • 3/5 from Claire, attended Nov 2024: Far too many people in the room. Didn’t have much space and felt like due to us starting late, we were rushed. I had to leave and move my car as parking around that area was only 2 hours. The girls were great though.
  • 3/5 from Laura, attended Nov 2024: Class was over crowded for the space and started 30mins late. Once we got going. The teacher Tammy was great and her assistant- both very polite and helpful. They broke down a daunting painting into manageable steps which was appreciated. The apron is a nice touch. But the brushes are poor quality, and need to have the option of finer brushes for detail.
  • 5/5 from Rebecca, attended Oct 2024: Great fun! Amazed at how well our paintings turn out thanks to our teacher! Would definitely do it again!
  • 5/5 from Namratha Mathai, attended Oct 2024: Lovely class - seemed like a really challenging picture to begin with, but was lovely to see all the parts gradually come together
  • 4/5 from Mandy Cumberbatch, attended Oct 2024: Great fun for our Friends 60th bday celebration. Acoustics in the venue meant we couldn't hear the teacher very well, though she did circulate and assist. The venue was a little cold. Materials and subject were good.
  • 5/5 from Susanne Ennis, attended Sep 2024: Great night!!! There were 5 of us in our group and every single one of us had the best night. The ladies running the class were very clear with what to do next, very encouraging, nothing was too much trouble and question too silly. Will definitely be booking another class soon.
  • 5/5 from Lisa Parker, attended Sep 2024: What an amazing night. Emily was a fantastic host and talented artistic teacher. Definitely would recommend.
  • 5/5 from Patrick Marshall, attended Sep 2024: The evening was great fun! the staff were knowledgeable and really gave clear and precise instructions, a fantastic event and some great laughs.
  • 4/5 from Natalie Cowin, attended Sep 2024: We went to sip and paint for a double birthday. Emily the teacher was lovely and really friendly/ encouraging. We did our class at the metquarter (BPO - the food market), it was actually too busy to do the class in the food market ao we just did it in the metquarter outside the everyman. We didn't mind this too much as there was a lot more space and we could hear Emily better. However, as people were coming in and out of the centre it was really cold as we were sat by the door. The class was great but I would pick a different venue next time which is no fault of the class itself. Thank you, we had a great time
  • 5/5 from Anuradha Ranasinghe Dissanayake Mudiyanselage, attended Aug 2024: It was very therapeutic experience. The teacher was excellent! I would really appreciate her effort to pay attention.
  • 5/5 from Rachael Siner, attended Jun 2024: We really enjoyed the evening painting. The hosts were lovely and very helpful! There was enough time given and extra supplies were on hand when required. Would recommend and will be coming back
