Pan-n-Ice was founded in 2015 when Henry was traveling in Thailand with a friend. Instantly in awe of this amazing concept of making rolled ice cream, they decided to bring it back home to the UK to all the bubbas.

What started out as just two friends traveling around the UK doing ice cream roll catering for small events, has now grown into a well established global bubba ice roll brand, ready to take on the world. We have operated in prestigious locations such as Harvey Nichols, Bicester Village, Topshop Oxford Street all the way to large scale events in New York City and Abu Dhabi. We also now have four permanent parlours in Westfield London, Westfield Stratford, Selfridges Manchester and Manchester Arndale.

My two neices have been curious about ice cream rolls, so were thrilled to know they were going to take a class.
Their teacher Hank, was clear with his instructions a d demonstration. Hank was personable and informative regarding the history of rolled icecream and pan n ice.
My neices really enjoy making their own rolled ice creams and I greatly enjoyed sampming every one of them!
They received a certificate each which they are very proud of. They purchased two ice roll kits so that they can continue to enjoy using their new found skills at home. The whole familyook forward to lots of icecream roll treats.

Pan n ice were really lovely and welcoming. We were taught how to make different kinds/flavours of ice cream (and we were alllowed to eat them all during the workshop too). Super fun experience, highly recommend!

It was an amazing experience and highly recommended to anyone. We loved our teacher(unfortunately I forgot her name, Sani maybe I’m sorry) she was very sweet, patient, and supportive throughout the whole experience. Unfortunately, we were 20 minutes late because the mall was gigantic and Google maps kept taking us in circles. It was really hard to find, but it's located by the Adidas store, just in case. Luckily, our instructor was very understanding and gave us some extra time. We tried so many ice creams while making them, and we ended up leaving with 5-7 portions of delicious ice cream. I absolutely enjoyed it, and would probably do it again :)

Really enjoyed this class. My instructor Habib, was very friendly, encouraging and helpful. I got to try out any about combinations of flavours I wanted, and I was very pleased with the rolls that I made! A great experience overall. Would definitely recommend :)

We came on a charity visit and had an excellent time! Habib was great at instructing and encouraging and we left with loads of ice cream! The 16 year old with me loved it and gave it a 9.5/10
