What you'll do
If you're keen to learn how to paint with oils and were looking for a good starting point, this art class in Bromley is a fabulous option. Hosted by experienced artist Sara Karen, you'll enjoy a relaxing five-hour session as you paint a serene landscape in oils, embellished with gold leaf for an eye-catching finish.
Enjoying step-by-step instructions, you'll be painting at a very relaxed pace, so you can enjoy the process of building up your painting layer by layer. With everything you need provided, including lunch and refreshments, you'll spend less time preparing and more time enjoying the soothing creative process.
Don't worry if this is your first time picking up a paintbrush since school, as you'll have all the support and advice you need from your talented teacher. You'll leave the class feeling creatively refreshed, physically and mentally relaxed, and you get to take home a wonderful piece of art to commemorate the wonderful time you've had.

I am very passionate about creativity in its many forms, but especially so when it comes to painting and crafting.
During the pandemic and subsequent lockdown of 2020, I picked up my paintbrushes and discovered such a fiery passion to turn my hobby into a business so that I could continue to paint daily. I have since sold a variety of paintings, accepted commission orders and also turned my studio into a workshop, inviting people into my world of art as I teach various painting and crafting methods.
