Join Norman and learn cooking the famous Malaysian street food. He shares some good cooking tips on how to prepare authentic Malaysian dishes
Menu - Sundays - 16 Feb 2025 & 23 Mar 2025
  • Chicken Satay - Master the art of skewering and making chicken satay with pieces marinated in lemongrass, turmeric and cumin
  • Roti Canai - Famous Malaysian flatbread for the participant learn the stretching and flipping techniques
  • Prawn Laksa - Participants will learn how to make laksa paste from scratch using Malaysian herbs and spices and cook with noddles, vegetables and prawns
  • Peanut Sauce (Demo) - A quick demo how to cook scrumptious peanut sauce
Note: All ingredients are halal.
