He teaches Malaysian and South-east Asian cuisines at the top cookery schools in the UK and Netherlands, as well as being the co-creator and tutor for Wagamama Chef Academy.

Food/Recipe Content creator specialising in Authentic and Indian fusion dishes, he loves to take the classics and spice them up with his own twist. Has a real passion to teach people how to cook authentic Indian food with fresh ingredients and amazing spices in a fun and entertaining way.
