Macrame at home is great for your wellbeing

Learning the ancient art of macrame via an online class won’t just show you how to make beautiful accessories for your home and wardrobe, it’s also hugely beneficial for physical and mental health. The gentle art of repetitive wrapping, tying and knotting is almost meditative, and will help you feel calmer, less anxious and more mindful. Physically, pulling and knotting the cord in a macrame workshop will exercise arm and hand muscles, and allow joints to become looser - plus that beautiful plant in your new macrame plant hanger will help to cleanse the air, which means better lung health!
