What you'll do
Get stuck into a fun and rewarding textile art with this virtual experience you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home. You'll make beautiful macrame items that you’ll be proud to display at home or give as handmade gifts to loved ones.
Starting with the basic techniques, you'll learn how to macrame and develop your confidence with the cord. You'll learn a variety of macrame knots and structures through the projects you try out in the online class.
A kit is provided including materials and tools so you can keep making gorgeous pieces after the workshop. Inside your craft box is gorgeous macrame cords that produce high-quality results for all ages and abilities.
The sessions are run online so you can do them at a time that suits you. And your teacher is always available afterwards to help and answer questions.

Your teacher
I first learnt to crochet as a child and spent hours and hours making, sewing, knitting and learning every new technique possible in art, craft and design. After a degree in graphics and 16 years of experience teaching Textiles, Graphics, Art & Design and Design & Technology, I strongly believe in developing my own practice to be the best tutor I can be. I am continually inspired by my students of all ages, so it's definitely a two-way street!
