Come along for a fun afternoon of crafting at this unique leatherwork class in East Linton and learn to make your very own zero waste leather tassel keyring!
During this enjoyable craft workshop, you will use recycled and scrap leather to make a gorgeous one-of-a-kind keyring.
Choose your own leather combination from your friendly teacher's stash of recycled and remnant leathers. During the class, you will learn some basic leathercrafting techniques and enjoy a brief introduction to sustainable fashion – there will also be the opportunity for discussion.
Throughout this relaxing class, you'll enjoy your crafting alongside some refreshing tea or coffee and some delicious home baking – after all, craft and cake go hand in hand!
At the end of your soothing leather crafting session, you'll walk away with a gorgeous leather tassel keyring to admire along with some newfound skills!

Millie Scott Studio was established in 2016 as a small slow fashion and homewares brand, focused on reusing pre-existing material to create luxury, ethical goods. Inspired by the ethical and slow fashion movement, Millie is passionate about craftsmanship, ethical business practises and sustainability.
Millie has a BA Hons degree in Fashion Womenswear from Heriot-Watt University and has been working in the Fashion Industry for the last 6 years, working on bespoke projects with private clients as well as building her own brand where she designs and makes all of her own products, as well as offering an upcycling service for preloved furs. Millie is a preloved fur specialist, having taken on a self funded traineeship with Arnold
Seftor & Sons, the last furrier in Edinburgh. Millie provides a bespoke service where she works with clients to repair, restore and remodel their vintage items into contemporary pieces.
After honing her leather working skills over the last decade, Millie wants to share the knowledge she has gathered to help people switch off from the noise of the world and tune into their own creativity.
