Guided by your expert teacher, you'll take a real leaf and paint it with a silver clay paste which, when heated, burns away the leaf and leaves you with a silver replica of the leaf – it's an amazing process and an incredibly interesting way to make jewellery.

Through creating your leaf and finishing it to a professional standard, you'll get a glimpse into a wide array of crafting skills.

Don't worry if this is your first foray into this kind of crafting, as your friendly host will be on hand to ensure you leave the class not only with a gorgeous, perfect replica of the leaf of your choice, but also the skills you'll need to carry on this hobby for yourself.

Please note: While the equipment and tools are all provided, you'll need to pay for the silver used in your project on the day. Material cost is based on the weight of your finished pieces. You are able to make as many leaves as time allows. As a rough guide, approximately £3 of silver is required for a small leaf to £10 for a large leaf.
