Hi, my name is Bini.

I am a Korean-born cook, cookery instructor and author of Seoul Food. I founded Kimchi Club W5 because I am passionate about sharing the joy of authentic Korean food through high-quality, hands-on cooking classes.

Our classes are carefully designed to be personal, informative and easy to follow, using fully tested recipes that help you recreate delicious Korean dishes with confidence at home. More than just cooking classes, they are immersive experiences filled with Korean culture, flavour and hospitality.

Our signature kimchi workshops offer a unique opportunity to learn the art of authentic kimchi making from scratch using simple techniques, quality ingredients and plenty of tasting along the way. We are proud to offer one of London’s most unique kimchi experiences, including a guided tasting of five to seven homemade kimchi samples aged over six months, allowing you to truly taste how flavour develops and deepens over time.

During the kimchi workshop, you will make cabbage kimchi, cucumber kimchi salad and crispy kimchi pancakes from scratch, and take home your own freshly made kimchi.
