Chocolate Collective was born after the founder, Louise Attenborough, searched high and low for someone to teach chocolate making at her daughter's birthday party. Noticing a gap in the market, Louise seized the moment and Chocolate Collective began its journey!

Although Louise never really liked chocolate growing up (which may be a surprise to you!), today, her knowledge, skill and passion for all things choco-licious is undeniable and surpassed only by her love of teaching others. Nothing gives Louise greater joy than teaching others and seeing them delight in their creations.

Very friendly and informative teacher , provided everything we needed made it fun and explained the whole process! throughly enjoyed it and the truffles tasted amazing we brought lots home in gift bags for the family to try if you like chocolate definitely give it a go it was fun , informative and I will definitely be making some at home

Had a fantastic experience with my partner in Birmingham. I really enjoyed getting to mingle with other attendees and learn how to make truffles from scratch. Louise was very knowledgeable about chocolate and gave us the skills and know-how to make them at home too! Great day!

Very friendly class all learning to make truffles. The class leader is a small business owner who was friendly, welcoming and informative. The whole experience was enjoyable and straightforward for us, having never experienced truffle making before. A lovely couple of hours and lots of truffles to share with family and friends. Would recommend.

The instructor was absolutely fantastic and had an extensive knowledge of chocolate. She encouraged the students to be independent and they enjoyed themselves thoroughly. The students had a great time taste testing their truffles at the end and decorating them so that they looked different than each others. Overall a very lovely session.

It was a great experience. The teacher was sociable, pleasant, and made good conversation about the background of the business and where chocolate is from and what’s happening in the industry. We didn’t only get to make chocolate but learned a lot about it. It was enough time to do everything. I thought I’d be so slow but I got on really well. It was good meeting others as well. I’d recommend it for anyone. I had a great experience!

Very knowledgeable & clear teacher. Much fun was had & delicious truffles made. Class was made up of lots of different small groups and it worked well.
Depending on size our group made between 18 and 20 truffles per person.
