Hello, I’m Natalie Sheridan, a pastry chef and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience creating elegant, flavour-focused desserts.

I began my career working in some of London’s top hotels, before moving into the city’s business and industry sector, where I developed a love for producing modern desserts that blend creativity with classic techniques.

Along the way, I was also proud to appear as a contestant on Channel 4’s Great British Bake Off: The Professionals - a truly memorable experience that deepened my passion for patisserie.

Today, through Callalie Cakes, I create desserts that celebrate balance, texture and beauty, and I’m excited to share that passion through my classes. My workshops are friendly, relaxed and hands-on, designed to help you gain confidence while creating elegant, restaurant-style desserts you’ll be proud of.
