Join experienced teacher, Lajina for a virtual cook-along where you can connect, learn, and savor the delights of carefully crafted curries.
Using the hand-made spice blend from your craft box, you'll learn to prepare your ingredients and gain some useful Indian culinary know-how.
If you're keen to learn to cook delicious Indian cuisine, this guided cooking class online is a great place to start. Cooking from the comfort of your own home, you'll learn about this dish and its origins and you'll be taken through the process of making it step-by-step.
How does the cook-along work?
You'll be sent the recipe and ingredients list for the session, along with the Zoom link in advance of the class.
You'll receive the spices required via post.
Once you've got the other ingredients for the recipe, and have the spices to hand, you'll cook together on Zoom!

6 April – Butter Chicken & Peshwari Naans
  • Indulgent Butter Chicken – Slow-cooked in a rich, creamy tomato gravy.
  • Peshwari Naans – Homemade, stuffed with coconut & ground almonds.
  • Mango Salsa – Fresh & tangy to balance the flavours.
11 May – Black Dal & Paratha with a Bright Raita
  • Black Dal (Dal Makhani) – Buttery, slow-cooked Punjabi classic.
  • Laccha Paratha – Crispy, flaky whole wheat flatbreads.
  • Beetroot Raita – Vibrant, cooling yogurt with earthy sweetness.
8 June – Masala Lamb & BBQ Corn
  • Masala Lamb Curry or Rajma Curry – Slow-cooked for deep flavors.
  • Tandoori Corn on the Cob – Grilled with spiced butter.
  • Chef Crush Rice – Fluffy steamed rice with subtle spice infusion.
13 July – Prawn Malai Curry & Fresh Breads
  • Prawn Malai Curry – Creamy coconut-based curry with cardamom spice.
  • Plain Roti – Soft, homemade for the perfect scoop.
  • Kachumber Salad – Crisp cucumber, tomatoes & onions with lemon dressing.
