Ready to discover the relaxing and rewarding world of hand embroidery? Join us for a beginner-friendly embroidery workshop in London where you'll learn the fundamentals of needlework while creating your very own stitched design!
Never picked up an embroidery needle before? No worries! This class is designed with complete beginners in mind, with step-by-step instruction and plenty of creative encouragement throughout.
For the festive 5th December please note: All materials to start a small festive embroidery piece at our studio, to then take home to complete. There will be 4 festive motives to pick between.
What to expect:
  • Includes loop, different stitches listed: Backstitch, cross stitch, stem stitch, French knots, Satin stitch. For the festive 5th December please note: There will be 4 festive motives to pick between.
  • A choice of beginners designs to work from that will be transferred onto fabric. For 5th December you will start your festive motive and then take your hoop and materials home to complete at home.
  • You will start your embroidery in the class and the teacher will guide you to be able to complete at home.
By the end of the workshop, you'll take home embroidery piece to be proud of and all the skills you need to keep stitching on your own. Every ticket also goes towards community art projects supporting mental well-being and creative health for those facing barriers.
