Welcome to the delightful world of Husk & Honey! Join the brand for a delightful hour-and-a-half experience, where simplicity and scrumptiousness go hand in hand.
In this workshop, you will learn to make Anzac biscuits, the beloved treat in Australia and New Zealand.
The workshop starts with a brief history of Anzac biscuits, discovering their origins and cultural significance. Gain insight into the carefully selected ingredients that make these biscuits truly special, including shredded coconut, flour, Scottish oats, British butter, and golden syrup.
Next, it's time to roll up your sleeves and dive into the hands-on experience. All the ingredients are provided, and under Husk & Honey's expert guidance, you'll weigh and mix everything to perfection.
While the biscuits bake, you'll be able to take a well-earned moment to unwind and savour a cup of tea or coffee. Relax and enjoy the cosy atmosphere of our workshop space, chat with fellow students, and breathe in the delicious scent of baking!
At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with approximately 10 delicious Anzac cookies, carefully wrapped and packaged, and the recipe so you can make them again – and again!

What to bring
